Use of inputs and resources that do not harm health, and reduce their impact on the environment

  • Biological Control

Implementation of techniques with living organisms that naturally prevent the appearance of pests.

  • Responsible use of water

Use of monitoring techniques that help efficiently control water resources.

How do we promote sustainability on our farm?

Biodiversity Highways

Biodiversity highways have been established to encourage the reproduction of beneficial insects that naturally combat pests . Several species of plants, such as lobularia, sage, nettle and valerian, lavender, have been incorporated into these highways.

Spontaneous vegetation cover

To promote soil regeneration, spontaneous vegetation cover is maintained that grows naturally. It is made up of different types of native grasses or flowers that protect the soil from erosion and are a source of food for some animals, including sheep.

Sustainable work

We constantly monitor our olive trees to assess their condition and adjust agricultural practices to their needs . Among other tasks, we carry out selective pruning and apply organic compost to promote tree health. In addition, we manually clear invasive weeds to maintain a healthy environment.
