The diversity of vegetation attracts native birds that use scraps of soft materials to make their nests. To enhance biodiversity, we have placed nesting boxes at different points on the farm , providing safe shelter for birds and their chicks.

The estate is an idyllic paradise for the area's native animal life , which lives freely, increasing the natural balance and biodiversity of the complex.

Due to its proximity to the reservoir, it becomes a meeting point for various aquatic species , including river ducks , which bring life and colour to the landscape.

To promote soil regeneration, the native vegetation cover that grows naturally on the farm's soil is maintained. It is made up of different types of grasses and native flowers . This protects and maintains soil moisture, and also serves as food for the various species.
